Corrections are the most useful thing anyone sends. Every figure here is traceable to a source, which means an error is findable — and the fastest way to find one is somebody reading the page against the document. If you are writing about a figure, the reply is much quicker if you say which page it was on, what it said, and what you believe the correct position is. A link to the provision or the guideline text is ideal; where a page has moved or been amended since we read it, that is exactly the kind of thing an individual reader notices before we do.

What we cannot do is look at your case. Not because of a policy, but because there is nothing to look at: this site holds no records, has no connection to An Garda Siochana, any court or licensing authority, and does not ask for a notice reference or a licence number. It could not check your position even if you sent one, and it will not guess at it from a description. The authority on your case is the body named on the paperwork you were sent — for a fixed charge notice that is the Fixed Charge Processing Office, and for your licence record it is the National Driver Licence Service.
